Meet the 2016-17 Contestants
The 2016-17 Black and Gold Pageant under the theme: Queens of Harlem Renaissance thirteen of the most dynamic, devastating, talented and progressive young women at Prairie View A&M University. The pageant was held in the Opal Johnson Smith Auditorium and was an extravagant production that rivaled The Miss America Scholarship Pageant.
